Solotech’s board of directors has announced on behalf of all the company’s shareholders that Normand Legault will now be adding the responsibilities of chief executive officer (CEO) to his role of Chairman.
Solotech it is now switching into what it calls “amplified growth” mode with the aim of “increasing its momentum by becoming an industry consolidator in North America.”
Legault’s experience leading businesses, combined with the financial power of shareholders Claridge, Desjardins Entreprise-Capital Régional et Coopératif, Investissement Québec, and François Ménard, will permit Solotech to pursue its expansion via acquisitions while continuing to grow organically, according to the company.
Solotech says this reorganization will allow company president François Ménard to devote himself entirely to Solotech’s expertise in touring and major events.
